Today I have less than 10% body fat. My blood pressure is consistently 120/80 or below. My resting heart rate is in the 50’s. I still run 3 miles 3 days a week, walk 3 days a week, and I lift weights 3 times a week. I can bench 100% of my weight, and I can do 65 pushups. Since turning 60, I have completed 3 Marine Challenge Mud Runs and run a half marathon. I don’t tell you this to brag, but to let you know that I can help you achieve the results you want.
