About Tim I have been learning my trade for over 30 years. I am 66 years old now, but when I was 30, I was 35 to 40 pounds overweight, and I smoked 3 packs of cigarettes a day. On New Year's Day 1977, I resolved to stop smoking and get in shape. Through exercise and proper diet, and mostly by trial and error, I stopped smoking and lost the excess weight. Today I have less than 8% body fat. My blood pressure is consistently 120/80 or below. My resting heart rate is in the 50’s. I still run over 3 miles 5 days a week, and I lift weights 3 times a week. I can bench 120% of my weight, and I can do 65 pushups. Since turning 60, I have completed 3 Marine Challenge Mud Runs and run a half marathon. I don’t tell you this to brag, but to let you know that I can help you achieve the results you want. |
