My wife has used Tim as a personal trainer and I have attended numerous boot camps he has coached; I have found Tim to be an excellent coach and trainer.
These boot camps are a great way to start an exercise plan, all fitness levels can do it, even if you cannot run much. In the past Tim has arranged boot campers in groups by exercise ability. I have found there is no ridicule or embarrassment if you cannot physically do everything, trying is very important. There is no foul language or degrading conduct by this instructor and he does encourage everyone to do their individual best, though you will get sweaty and he will push you to do your best. In the past some of the boot campers had knee or back issues and Tim suggested exercises and encourages attendees to do what they can do.
